Neil Cowles

Neil Cowles is the Chief Technology Officer at Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services IT. Previously, Cowles was the VP of IMG Environment Services. He joined Kaiser Permanente as an Executive Director of KP HealthConnect Business Operations and later was Executive Director of KP HealthConnect Technology and Engineering.

Prior to joining Kaiser, Cowles was the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Tolven. Before that, he served as a Senior Director of Healthcare and Life Science Strategy at Oracle Corporation. Early in his career, he held leadership positions at Torex, Siemens AG and National Health Service (NHS). Cowles earned a BS from London South Bank University.
